Madison Schultz is a reporter for the Tahoe Daily Tribune and contributing
writer for Tahoe Magazine. She has lived in South Lake Tahoe for the last
five years and is passionate about her local community and the amenities

Kayla Anderson moved to North Lake Tahoe in December 2006 to be a snowboard
bum and never left. With over 12 years of experience in marketing and
journalism, Kayla enjoys sharing about what is happening in her tight-knit
community and is eternally grateful for being able to reside in a place like
Lake Tahoe.

Justin Scacco is the sports and outdoors reporter for the Sierra Sun. He
grew up in Southern Nevada and attended the University of Nevada, Reno,
where he graduated with a degree in journalism. Justin enjoys spending his
free time on the mountain or on one of the area’s golf courses. He is a
proud father of one daughter.

Laney Griffo
Laney Griffo is a the Editor of Tahoe Magazine, Tahoe Daily Tribune and
Sierra Sun. She lives in Sparks, Nev. with her husband, cat and two dogs.
She has lived in Nevada for more than half her life and loves the beauty of
the high desert. Laney loves skiing, running, swimming or basically any
other outdoor activity but she also doesn’t mind curling up with a good
book.

Ashleigh Goodwin was born and raised in Reno, NV and has lived in the basin for
4 years. She is a recent graduate of Sierra Nevada University, wife, and new mom
with a mind for marketing and a deep love for writing. Ashleigh spends her free
time singing in the church worship team, reading, hiking, and enjoying the
natural beauty Tahoe offers.
